Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia fails

Human Rights standard test

He is usually not neutral because he knows which side of the bread is buttered. Pandikar Amin (WRONGLY, according to Human Rights standard) told Fong that he did not think that the term was insulting as pendatang haram referred to illegals.

Earlier, Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing’s (BN – Bintulu) spoke on the problems of illegal immigrants when Datuk Wilfred Bumburing (BN – Tuaran) stood up to complain of crimes committed by pendatang haram (illegals).

South Africa accuses Israel Navy of killing hundreds of Palestinian boat people from Gaza

South Africa accuses Israel Navy of killing hundreds of Palestinian boat people from Gaza

WARNING: Readers must read the lower part of this news/article to understand the truth. Those reading the upper part only and failed to continue could be mislead or miss the real message.

Cape town, South Africa(AFP) — South Africa said Sunday that hundreds of people were missing at sea, believed to be part of a wave of Palestinian  boat people from Gaza were allegedly dragged out to the middle of the ocean by Israel Navy and left to die.
Israel has denied the accusations, but accounts of survivors and the latest reports from the South Africa coast guard have piled the pressure on Tel-Avid, and the Israel government said it would meet rights groups on Monday.

The Israel navy is accused of detaining the migrants, Palestinian  boat people from Gaza, after they washed up on the Israel coast — and then towing them to sea and leaving them to their fate.

South Africa’s coast guard said Sunday it had rescued hundreds of the refugees from the Palestinian, Gaza, but that hundreds more were feared lost.

“These are really serious allegations that need to be investigated by the UN and the Israel government,” he said…………………

Ignorant Americans are paying for Israel’s war crimes in-spite of gloomy economy

Ignorant Americans are paying for Israel’s war crimes

in-spite of  gloomy economy

Maybe, just maybe, its the policies that are all screwed up. And that means looking at the top. A nation raised on the fear of the holocaust, all ready to fight. Winning votes by being victorious in war crimes.

U.S. seeks ship to move arms to Israel
The U.S. is seeking to hire a merchant ship to deliver hundreds of tons of arms to Israel from Greece later this month, tender documents seen by Reuters show.

The U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command (MSC) said the ship was to carry 325 standard 20-foot containers of what is listed as “ammunition” on two separate journeys from the Greek port of Astakos to the Israeli port of Ashdod in mid-to-late January.
A “hazardous material” designation on the manifest mentions explosive substances and detonators, but no other details were given.

“Shipping 3,000-odd tons of ammunition in one go is a lot,” one broker said, on condition of anonymity.

Americans, YOU are paying for all this stuff, at a time when 11 million of you have lost your jobs, and one out of every ten of you will lose your homes this year.

Responsible Thai generals must be punished for torturing and killing of Imam

Responsible Thai generals must be punished

for torturing and killing of Imam

BANGKOK, Jan 11 – The death of an imam while in army custody last year will present Thailand’s new government with its first test of whether it can deliver justice in the country’s troubled southern provinces.

On Christmas Day, a court in Narathiwat ruled that 56-year-old imam Yapa Kaseng was tortured and killed while being interrogated by soldiers in March.

The body of the Muslim community leader bore evidence of blunt force trauma, including rib fractures. His lungs were punctured, and his body was covered with bruises, and had abrasions on the back.

The death of the imam has gone down as a landmark abuse case. Rarely has anyone been held accountable for deaths in custody a long-held complaint of locals as well as non-governmental organisations and watchdog groups like the New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW).

Myanmar Muslims prohibited from worshipping and reading of the Quran in residential flats

Myanmar Muslims prohibited from worshipping in residential flats

Chiang Mai (Mizzima) – Aping a recent diktat against the country’s Christian community, authorities have summoned and warned leaders of Burma’s Muslim community not to worship in residential flats.

Rangoon’s Kyauktada Township Peace and Development Council office, as they did with Christian pastors from the city, summoned Islamic leaders on the 5th of this month and warned them to halt all religious services and the reading of the Quran in residential flats.

The Association of Religious Scholars (PUM)

should acknowledge that at least

Malaysiakini and Manjit Bhatia wrote one truth about Myanmar

It didn’t even dare condemn the Burmese military thugs who rule Burma, whose justice is meted out in the Stalinist/Maoist standard of the end of gun’s barrel.

Just look at how much braver Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines are when compare to M’sia at UNGA voting on 24-12-2008.

Please do not force the refugees in Malaysia to beg for money or to rob

The Right to a Basic Standard of Life in ISLAM

Regarding the economic rights, the Holy Quran says:

And in their wealth there is acknowledged right for the needy and destitute. (51:19)

Anyone who needs help, irrespective of the race, religion or citizenship has a right in the property and wealth of the Muslims.

If you are in a position to help and a needy person asks you for help or if you come to know that he is in need, then it is your duty to help him.

Where is the Minister of Justice, Minister in the PM’s office Tan Seri Nazri Aziz, who even seemed to be championing for the Rohingyas, even mocking the Home Ministers that, HM did not know but he and PM’s security dpt had already arranged and approved all.

YAB DSAAB also acknowledged that Myanmar SPDC is hopeless and had even killed their own monks and Japanese photographer. But later even persuaded the other ASEAN leaders not to take action on the generals which was secretly recorded by Singaporeans.

After Tun Dr M introduced ‘San Oo Aung’ at the Perdana foundation function to his dear wife, Tun Dr Siti Hasma Mohd Ali, she commented to me in-front of the VIPs about the alleged kidnapping of a Malaysian by a Rohingya family. She even added her own experience of Rohingya beggars in-front of a shopping mall.

Early migrants, “Foreigners the bane of neighbours”

THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK?

EARLY MIGRANTS HATE THE NEW COMERS?

Foreigners the bane of neighbours

From ANOTHER WORRIED RESIDENT of Kuala Lumpur: I REFER to Worried Resident’s letter on “Disgusted by behaviour of foreign workers,” (The Star, Nov 9).

….Since then, we have had to put up with workers bathing, brushing teeth and washing their laundry in front of the house every day………..

Then both of you and the STAR editors who think it is fit to bash up poor foreign workers should all go back to INDIA, CHINA OR INDONESIA where your ancestors came. Because according to your logic and anti-foreigner concepts, your ancestors SHOULD ALSO SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO COME HERE, because all first generation migrants who are not professional migrants are dirty, doing dangerous and non-dignified low pay jobs that the locals shun.

ACTUALLY ALMOST THE WHOLE POPULATION OF SINGAPORE ARE MIGRANTS BUT THEY ALL ARE ARROGANT ON NEW COMERS. BUT MOST OF THEM ARE COWARDS/EUNUCHS AND DARE NOT EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE LEE DYNASTY. BUT THEY WILL BULLY OTHERS EVERYWHERE, IN THE CYBERSPACE OR EVEN IN WIKI.

Answer ICC! why Darfur but not Depayin?

Than Shwe must be pulled to ICC like Omar Hassan.

Than Shwe must be pulled to ICC for Depayin Massacre like Omar Hassan for Darfur genocide.

I hope ICC is not Apartheid, committing Racial Discrimination or Religious Discrimination.

If they could indict a Muslim leader committing a crime on Christians,

why could not they indict a Buddhist committing genocide on Muslims, Christians and Buddhists?

Why Malaysia cannot treat Burmese after Cyclone Nargis like Achenese after Tsunami?

Why Malaysia cannot treat Burmese after Cyclone Nargis like Achenese after Tsunami?

Extracts from Bernama

The newly released World Refugee Survey 2008, which among others puts the nation in the same basket as China, India, Thailand and Bangladesh, in the treatment of refugees. (Note:20th. June is released ahead of today’s World Refugees Day.)

Malaysia, the report said, forcibly sent refugees from Myanmar to Thailand,

where “some of them were sold into slavery — men to fishing boats and women to brothels.

The annual study was conducted by the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), a non-governmental group based in Washington.

Dear YAB Najib, do not blindly deny the truth about the unfair discriminations on migrants

Dear YAB Datuk Seri Najib Razak,

Thank Your Honour for the interest in replying the unfair migrant treatment allegation of your country. No one is not asking your country to open the flood gates for us like your collegues had done in Sabah, we all are merely requesting  a kind favour from your government to just ajar the closely-tight water tap to let the hungry refugees to let us drink a few drops of water.

Why did your government could go and bring in the Bosnias with airplanes and provided free flats and fully support them?

No need to give the Burmese Refugees even a cent. We are not beggars. Just stop Rela raids and allow them to stay, work or study for a limited time in your country. You can charge an appropriate visa fees like Thailand is doing now on Burmese refugees.

And kindly facilitate the legal migration process by granting the citizenship to all the Burmese who are holding Red ICs for more then FIVE years.

Compassionate letter 12,“The End of the Saga, but not the Dear John letter!”

Compassionate letter 12,

“The End of the Saga”

“But not the Dear John letter!”

As Bo Aung Din in Burma Digest

Dear Nan,

If you could remember, I sent my first letter on our wedding anniversary, that is 12th February (our National day commemorating forming the foundation of our union, the day we signed our matrimonial agreement at Panglon) and that is also your birthday, the Shan National day. And coincidently that is two day’s prior to the Valentine day, the day of lovers. And I wrote the letter to you because your father announced our divorce declaration that is the Shan leaders announcement of the separation from Burma/Myanmar and the forming of an Independent Shan Country.

And another strange coincidence that leads to my compassionate letters was because of a DVD of Sai Kham Leik/Sai Hti Sai’s songs sent by my brother. While I was enjoying my renaissance or daydreaming back the good old young era, my children keep on doing their daily routine even without noticing my favourite songs. So I decided to explain or translate the songs to them. And the rest is the minute history of a saga of these compassionate letters to my ‘estranged wife’.
