Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia fails

Human Rights standard test

He is usually not neutral because he knows which side of the bread is buttered. Pandikar Amin (WRONGLY, according to Human Rights standard) told Fong that he did not think that the term was insulting as pendatang haram referred to illegals.

Earlier, Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing’s (BN – Bintulu) spoke on the problems of illegal immigrants when Datuk Wilfred Bumburing (BN – Tuaran) stood up to complain of crimes committed by pendatang haram (illegals).

South Africa accuses Israel Navy of killing hundreds of Palestinian boat people from Gaza

WARNING: Readers must read the lower part of this news/article to understand the truth. Those reading the upper part only and failed to continue could be mislead or miss the real message.

Cape town, South Africa(AFP) — South Africa said Sunday that hundreds of people were missing at sea, believed to be part of a wave of Palestinian  boat people from Gaza were allegedly dragged out to the middle of the ocean by Israel Navy and left to die.
Israel has denied the accusations, but accounts of survivors and the latest reports from the South Africa coast guard have piled the pressure on Tel-Avid, and the Israel government said it would meet rights groups on Monday.

The Israel navy is accused of detaining the migrants, Palestinian  boat people from Gaza, after they washed up on the Israel coast — and then towing them to sea and leaving them to their fate.

South Africa’s coast guard said Sunday it had rescued hundreds of the refugees from the Palestinian, Gaza, but that hundreds more were feared lost.

“These are really serious allegations that need to be investigated by the UN and the Israel government,” he said…………………

Ignorant Americans are paying for Israel’s war crimes in-spite of gloomy economy

Ignorant Americans are paying for Israel’s war crimes

in-spite of  gloomy economy

Maybe, just maybe, its the policies that are all screwed up. And that means looking at the top. A nation raised on the fear of the holocaust, all ready to fight. Winning votes by being victorious in war crimes.

U.S. seeks ship to move arms to Israel
The U.S. is seeking to hire a merchant ship to deliver hundreds of tons of arms to Israel from Greece later this month, tender documents seen by Reuters show.

The U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command (MSC) said the ship was to carry 325 standard 20-foot containers of what is listed as “ammunition” on two separate journeys from the Greek port of Astakos to the Israeli port of Ashdod in mid-to-late January.
A “hazardous material” designation on the manifest mentions explosive substances and detonators, but no other details were given.

“Shipping 3,000-odd tons of ammunition in one go is a lot,” one broker said, on condition of anonymity.

Americans, YOU are paying for all this stuff, at a time when 11 million of you have lost your jobs, and one out of every ten of you will lose your homes this year.

Contemplating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

By:Alice Nah

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realised.

The truth is that human beings are still suffering from warfare, poverty, torture, and violations of their freedoms and dignity.

We have_

migrant workers whose work permits get cancelled when they complain of unpaid wages — they have no effective means of obtaining redress, because they are considered “illegal” and are subject to arrest, detention and deportation before the courts make decisions on their cases.

We have _

  1. refugees who are whipped for immigration offences,
  2. stateless people who spend years in detention in squalid conditions,
  3. and children who are sentenced to indefinite incarceration.

How do we make sense of these realities in society?

How do we judge if these are morally and legally right? How to do we set limits on the treatment of our fellow men and women, regardless of their background?

This is the purpose of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights — to guide our actions and decisions so that we respect the fundamental human dignity of one another no matter what our differences.

The Right to a Basic Standard of Life in ISLAM

Regarding the economic rights, the Holy Quran says:

And in their wealth there is acknowledged right for the needy and destitute. (51:19)

Anyone who needs help, irrespective of the race, religion or citizenship has a right in the property and wealth of the Muslims.

If you are in a position to help and a needy person asks you for help or if you come to know that he is in need, then it is your duty to help him.

Where is the Minister of Justice, Minister in the PM’s office Tan Seri Nazri Aziz, who even seemed to be championing for the Rohingyas, even mocking the Home Ministers that, HM did not know but he and PM’s security dpt had already arranged and approved all.

YAB DSAAB also acknowledged that Myanmar SPDC is hopeless and had even killed their own monks and Japanese photographer. But later even persuaded the other ASEAN leaders not to take action on the generals which was secretly recorded by Singaporeans.

After Tun Dr M introduced ‘San Oo Aung’ at the Perdana foundation function to his dear wife, Tun Dr Siti Hasma Mohd Ali, she commented to me in-front of the VIPs about the alleged kidnapping of a Malaysian by a Rohingya family. She even added her own experience of Rohingya beggars in-front of a shopping mall.

Xenophobia

Originally the word xenophobia comes from the Greek words xénos, meaning ‘the stranger’ and ‘the guest’ and phóbos, meaning ‘fear’. Thus, xenophobia stands for ‘fear of the stranger’, but usually the term is taken to mean ‘hatred of strangers’1. Xenophobia can be understood as “an attitudinal orientation of hostility against non-natives in a given population”.2

In contrast to sociobiologists who consider xenophobia to be a universal phenomenon, social scientists describe it as one among several possible forms of reactions generated by anomic situations in the societies of modern states. Furthermore, it is growing out of the existence of essentialist symbolic and normative systems that legitimate processes of integration or exclusion. Thus, xenophobic behaviour is based on existing racist, ethnic, religious, cultural, or national prejudice. Xenophobia can be defined as the “attitudes, prejudices and behaviour that reject, exclude and often vilify persons, based on the perception that they are outsiders or foreigners to the community, society or national identity.” 3
